The programme in general

Despite your commitment to training, counting calories and effort, you still can’t build muscle mass and gain a healthy weight?

Bulking is the name for the process of increasing body mass, primarily muscle. If this is our goal, we should eat more calories than our body needs in order to gain more body mass, but this does not mean that we should overeat.

Through the Winter Bulk program, you get a carefully calculated menu, with quantities and nutrients adapted to your needs and goals. Winter Bulk is characterized by the intake of an increased amount of food, which must be accompanied by training with higher loads.

In addition to muscle mass, everyone also gains a certain amount of fat (it depends on the person) and you don’t need to worry too much about it because it is normal for the bulking process. After gaining muscle and fat, the Hot Summer Cut program is recommended in order to remove the fat gained during bulking, while the muscles are retained.

The duration of this process is certainly individual, but for optimal results through the Winter Bulk program, it is set to a minimum of 3 months.

It is preferable to fill out the fields for age, height and weight so that we can immediately have a starting point with which we can begin the consultations for the construction of the programme when we contact you after you sign up.
